Sara Tuke is an individual and family therapist (licensed in both Virginia and Maryland). Her specialties include working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. Her psychotherapy practice is dedicated to helping families improve communication and build understanding. Additionally, her work helps support youth in developing healthy coping skills to manage problem behaviors at both school and home. Her specialties include depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, attachment issues, self esteem and family conflict.
