Nurturing Developing Minds: The Art and Science of Modern Parenting

A therapeutic group designed to support parents in managing their child’s challenging behavior

Weaver and Associates is in the business of prevention and intervention.  Parents leave this group with two critical skills for today’s parents:

  • A neuroscience-based, conceptual understanding of their child’s problematic behavior whether it be emotional outbursts, withdrawn anxiety, or aggressive opposition
  • A set of tools to help your child manage and learn alternative strategies that replace challenging behaviors

The 10 week class is designed for parents of children ages 3-11.  Parents meet in a small, interactive group that blends theory, role play, supervision, structured group-feedback, and parent-child mini-sessions.
